Does ebay still have options where you can set parameters to feedback mins so they have to be at a certain level to bid on your purchases?

probably, i havent looked..

i only sell through invoice/social media or ebay when they offer special selling fees like a $10 / $20 cap or 50% off selling fee.

if a buyer with 0 or low feedback buy my shyt i cancel & refund..
