Man I panicked like crazy yesterday when I looked them up on that foot locker launch locator and couldn't find "invisibility". Took me a minute to realize they changed it to Chameleon. I thought they pushed the release back.

true its a reminder how fukked up the game has gotten in only a few yrs,i would bet these are gonna sell and get snatched up everywhere online..Some of these Jordan releases of late got me wanting to give up J's for good and focus on other lines (Brons,kobes,air maxes)

Got there about 7:30 with 40 people in front of me. Wasnt too bad, they let 15 people in at a time.
They had stealth, pink and crimson foams. Chicago and royal 1s, joker 3s, lightining 4s, fire red 5s, cool grey 9s, bred 13s, and assorted brons, kds, kobes. By the time i got in that bytch all the shyt i wanted was gone, left with a pair of 5s for me and some cg9s for my breh.

When you see that those Squadron Blue XIII sell out in stores you know there's a serious problem.
If Kobe/Bron are part of a pack (Easter, BHM) them shyts sell out quick as hell. Regular GR usually dont sell out as fast but I see what you mean.

A lot of early releases get into popular/prominent figurse hands and they snap some interesting pics which tend to garner a lot of hype (see kalik's uptown2k pic of the corks)

Definitely.
Hype is manufactured no question about it to me. Corks are a prime example. I remember talking to people in the Bred 11 line about them and nobody said they wanted them at most people said "they aight".
that was late december and original RD was new years.....RD gets pushed back and hype goes off the charts. I swear the buzz for them came outta no where.
Edit: I forgot about Nikes Press release after the RD got pushed back
