Im thinking June on these. The new colorways just came out, so I believe these will come in another 2-3 Months.
Okay so I went to the open of that premium mall in chandler and the selection was ok. They had some red and black lebron 10's,navy blue and yellow bo's, an assortment of lebron 9's ( sliver and green ps 9's,freegum 9's). I did cop my first lebrons today and I had to go up 2 sizes............ I thought the pennys was unforgiving but those lebrons run so narrow. Maybe its because of my wide foo but I thought the penny's were bad in sizing 
. Also they did a switcharoo and re relased the cool grey 9's and db9's at the arizona mills mall

Check with skateboarding shops in your area. I'd imagine dallas would have a store that's getting them just based off it being a big city.
