Serious question for yall, why is no Nike Air on the back such a big deal?

This isn't an original colorway so to me it makes sense that it would have the Jumpman logo which reflects the product after MJ got ownership right?

I could see why some might prefer how the Nike Air logo looks but to flat out on the pass on a sneaker because it's the jumpman instead always baffled me.

I guess it's cuz I don't see it as an essential component of the anesthetic like the swoosh on the Jordan 1.

For me, it looks way better. Replace every Jumpman, and Jumpman Air (on 1s, 3s-6s) with Nike Air and it will always improve the overall look.
Red Cement 3s isn't an OG colorway yet they have Nike Air on the back but with the Blue joints they are going back to the Jumpman? Also a few years back they put the Jumpman on OG colorways.
Jordan Brand does what Jordan Brand wants.
