every Jordan release was very popular. the thing was they were very expensive compared to other sneakers, so it makes sense they were seen on the feet of celebrities

I know that but the Jordan 6 was the one I saw the most of on that insta. Even seen it on their feet years after the initial Jordan 6 release.
