I didn’t care for the 3s but I already got most of the 3s I’ll ever have probably. I got my favorite CWs but the overall model isn’t the highest on my radar.

Also, I’m looking at Reddit earlier and I read a comment about the state of the sneaker market, and they bring up the Storm Blues as an example of a shoe that nobody really wanted, but went up crazy in value.

So I’m like no way they going that crazy. 1s are by far my favorite model, and I fw the CW, but they weren’t anything crazy to me not enough to pay retail (imagine a time where any Chicago variant could be passed on ), so I went ahead and tough passed em.

Anyway, I check StockX just to see, and these mf’s are going kinda fukkin crazy

I can’t remember the occasion, but my mama wanted to get me a gift and she knows I love shoes, 1s in particular, so she asks if there’s any sneakers I want, and I say I do like those Storm Blues but not enough to pay retail on em ( hindsight is 20/20). They are literally sitting there on Nike, for WEEKS, maybe MONTHS. She gets a discount at Nike so she says bet I’ll get em for you with my discount.

I remember when 3-400 was going crazy, outside that group of grails that goes for whatever. Now this shyt just don’t make sense.

I got in on that shock drop for the OW UNC 1s, probably my biggest win that I know of. I sold em a couple yrs back, because I couldn’t justify wearing 1500 on my feet in my head, at least unless I’m rocking something super lowkey. I said I would just cop some regular UNCs and pocket the difference, and this was when they were going like 300 in my size. I never pay over retail, so I was wrestling tryna get em, but I just couldn’t do it. Now they pushing a rack that’s one of my biggest regrets but I’m hard headed. I always want the absolute most bang for my buck on some Julius shyt. I don’t even wanna see what the OWs are going for now after Virgil
