thats a lie, we just had a case here in san antonio, where someone murdered someone else in self defense, he was never arrested or charge and its not going to trial

if the investigation can show that it was self defense there will be no arrest and it wont go to trial, no if there is a question about if it was really self defense then yeah you might have to go to trial
