His problem was he should've stopped preorders after a certain amount but he got greedy. Add the delays with the supply chain and shipping. The bulk buyers were spent a LOT of money trying to get a come up and when they weren't getting their shoes in the normal 3 month window, it wasn't going to end well for Zadeh.
But I can't hate since he seemed to be looking out for the single pair buyers first
