I takes a WHILE for mold like that to develop...has Nike been sitting on these on a damp shipping cart for like a year?

Probably as this is the 4th different Nike sneaker I’ve seen in the past few months that has the same mold issue and Nike still hasn’t said a word about it.

and i'll say it...outside of grapes...5s suck Fire Reds are fine but stuff like green beans, etc, arent good.

They might ball well or something but 5s are barely above 2s to me for 1-17. And OG Chicago 2s are fire.

How many retros have flopped within the past year(carmines 6, fire red 3s, playoff 12) The cardinal 7s are reselling below retail on GOAT now and they still weeks away from release

As far as stock sitting, Nike made a ton of these. Rumored number is 100k+ alone just off nike.com. They seem to finally have started to make the general release kicks more accessible, something folks have been asking for for YEARS.

The nostalgia bump don't hit on gen z. 1s, 4s, 11s will hit for good, and og color ways of 3s and maybe 9s but the era off off the wall "retros" is fading. I still fukkin hate green beans.

Exactly AMM and the L&F had similar or even more allocation and flew. This joints just trash. Ugly colorway, 5, dumb text on the heel, Khaled. Too many things working against it. Only decent one out this collection is the sail and I’m guessing those were more limited

Sail was only for boutiques and the other colorways were F&F’s.
