I don't know anything about Tuson, AZ but depending on where these stores are it's not really an indication of anything.

For example, if I go out to Oak Park Mall there is sh*t sitting you can't find anywhere else. Why? Because the mall is way the f*ck out in an expensive area and nobody out there cares about these shoes.
