Right. I really do not understand people going ape shyt about shoes not selling out in minutes. Like this is how it’s supposed to be. It’s dumb as hell to be at the mercy of a random draw sitting there for 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer) staring at your phone wondering if you were lucky to get a pair.

It's over for Jordan Brand. So much uncertainty in this country, people's money is tight, Jordan Brand has lost most of it's prestige and rareness. The hood made Jordans hot, now the hood don't love them no more.

Gammas might sell bcuz so many of us slept on them and this is their first time retroeing them.

I think the Gammas might still sit .

I just copped the Taxi 12s 10 minutes ago since they were still available and I liked them in middle school.

Heck I still got my Fusion Taxi 12s that I only wore for 2 hours at a basketball game the night they dropped (i even wore plastic bags over them on the walk to and from the parking lot to the gym. I’m scared to even try to wear em now :lolbron:
You a wild nikka. I know this drop mean alot to you

It’s not just Jordan Brand, it’s Nike as a whole. A LOT of stuff is sitting.

Imo it’s because the main demographic has gotten older & moving on to more comfortable shoes, and the newer generation are a bunch of tools. These kids walk around outside with pajama pants & crocs/slides with socks.

I think it's just because there's so much being released. It's impossible for one person to get everything Nike/Jordan is dropping.

I'm not complaining. It's great that most of these shoes are genuinely available if people want to buy them (besides the ridiculously limited stuff), but the vast majority cannnot afford to drop $150-250 every week on shoes.

That's why Ant's first shoe was really successful and also why Ja's latest are selling out: reasonable prices.

Hype and collabs is what driving the sneaker market right now. Anything else, you’re going to sit. Super limited equals guaranteed sellout. Every sneakerhead knows how important the AJ1 silhouette is to Nike, and these didn’t move units at all. I know let’s make it extremely limited with every pair numbered at $250 plus tax, and nobody will bat an eye.

Fragment AJ1 x Travis Scott was originally suppose to drop in July, infinite backdrops since then with no real release date on sight, just soon. Suggested MSRP is $155. Now the website shows $200, still soon and people still feening for the release. $155 to $200 plus tax and fees for a AJ Low and nobody cares :mjlol:. Nothing but hypebeasts moves the needle.
