paypal let's you dispute everything and they'll pretty much always side with the buyer (aslong as you don't "gift" the money)
Paypal buyer protection should make sure u dont get ripped off

yea that seller has no pics and only one feedback so I'd proceed with caution, doesnt hurt to send a message or a text since he put his number there. As stated above paypal pretty much always sides with the buyer so if some shyt does come up then yea. But it looks like you want to wear the shoes, Id just go with the $170 VNDS as long as there are no scuffs, scratches
