I don't see how swapping Brown for Beal automatically makes Boston a contender. At best it's like a 15% upgrade and Brown is still improving every year.

Jaylen brown is a top 5 2-way wing. Trading brown for Beal is one of the dumbest moves to make

Its one thing if you a player and finesse them for big money like Bertans did. The one time so far under Tommy Sheppard's tenure I can say he got finessed silly..

It's another when you may trade a cornerstone who's basically been the assistant GM for the last couple years.

The Bullets have been terrible with this as we've seen with like Chris Webber... or giving one legged Arenas a $100M while rehabbing.
