It’s largely because Book hasn’t asked for a trade and wants to be a one team guy like Kobe. I honestly wish he did ask it because that team isn’t winning anything the next 2 years. They should’ve just bought out Beal and kept KD but burned that bridge when they tried to trade him behind his back. And low key, his refusal saved them because what would Jimmy and Book do in the West?
