I don't understand Suns buying him out and fukking up their cap space for future years. Bucks did it to compete with Giannis. Suns can wait, is not like buying out Beal will get them better free agents.
They’re adamant about doing a full blown culture change and Beal simply cannot be a part of this team moving forward for that to happen. They were by no means gonna have him on that 25-26 roster

It's very short thinking, I would rather him be there crying for 2 years than his salary for 5 years, this will limit the Suns a lot if they want to rebuild around Book. I just don't like this, with Bucks they at least got Myles Turner. Suns are not getting any free agent for doing this.

The problem with it and we're already seeing it talked about now is what happens if the cap doesn't jump the yearly percentage that everyone is expecting it to?
Booker's gonna be 29 by the beginning of next year. Not old, but not young anymore either. I understand getting under both aprons gives them latitude to make some moves if they want to 'compete' going forward.
I do agree, long term it makes more sense to just send Beal home for 2 years but I do get why they don't want to completely sacrifice 2 prime years of Booker on this.
