yep. he has been done, but consistently gets a pass from the media and fans because of his off the field popularity and being married to Gisele.
he was just in the right place at the right time and fell into Belichick's program. when he had surgery and missed an entire season a few years ago the Patriots won 11 or 12 games that season without him.
