imma take his word

:wow: You should see my vascularity and delts right now after a nice couple sets of chins and dips

Anyway, he' 100-percent right. He's a very astute guy. He was on point with the social media comments and he's on point with this. Those of us who study "creatine" :mjpls: in-depth know the consequences these drugs can have on joints and ligaments.

so he drops nothing but speculation. nothing that holds weight, didn't even drop a "yea I saw guys taking stuff" "I heard guys asking about it in the locker room"
He just says "I think that may be the reason guys are hurt" :martin:
like nikkas ain't been getting hurt playing football since forever.

:mjlol: For people that aren't retarded it's very clear he knows full well what's going on. He worded it the way he did to give other players anonymit and to give himself anonymity. He knows full well pros are on everything imaginable, and he definitely took shyt himself if he was serious about his career.

nikka should have given some personal experience stories. He ain't have to drop a name but he could have given an inside story. We believe him but it's a "no shyt duh we knew this already" when it comes to what he said.

Are you on steroids?

You always seem very adamant about this sort of thing.

He's probably right about PED use but I don't see the link with injuries

Well for one you'd be surprised. A lot of people are very delusional about drugs in pro sports. They honestly don't realize how easy it is to pass the drug tests.

Second, most people that know what steroids are don't realize the physical toll they can take on your body long-term. Testosterone doesn't really have any bad long-term consequences. Every play over 25-26 is on test in the NFL. However when you get into the HGHs and other compounds then the consequences get murkier

Now see this is where knowledge can make you paranoid and you start exaggerating.

You sound like one of these dudes who lifts but never played any sports.'"That's impossible he must be on something".

Let's not get carried away now. I don't know about you, but I don't like it when :flabbynsick: people think i'm on something, and if you're ripped or really athletic yourself, you know what I mean.

:mjlol: just a little, but seriously

They should be on test if they're not. One of the safest supplements there is, minimal sides if dosed properly. I run a lot and lift a lot. I'm probably more balanced strength and endurance wise than a lot of guys that played ball.

The thing is :flabbynsick: people are braindead retarded when it comes to supps. They think creatine is a steroid and that whey protein is incredibly anabolic. Little do they know one is a nitrogenous acid that just aids in celluar energy and anaerobic power and the other is literally pig slop.

I have a friend who played division 3 football. Strong as hell, very naturally gifted for strength. Completely natural. He tells me all about the shyt a lot of the guys he knew were taking, and that's at D3 level. Anecdotes aside, Just do some research on testing protocols and you'll quickly realize more people on stuff than you think. You'd just be stupid not take anything. It's easy as hell to pass.

The amount of over the counter shyt that legitimately works, the amount of peptides that are legal and untestable and give legitimate results, the amount of strong drugs you can't even test for, the fact the league doesn't even want their athletes to get busted, I mean come on man.

It's not about making these guys "better" per se, it's just about enhancing their ability to recover and compete. However, I definitely believe the drug use is causing more injuries because these guys prolly go full retard with their strength and conditioning.
