No one disputes if was reported to them because it was EVERY time...the issue Harbs had was the pace that Brady was running it and that was the "deception" because they were NOT use to seeing a legal number report themselves as ineligible....

gotcha, so basically the refs announced it and Brady would rush to snap the ball before the defense had a chance to adjust.
