The Saudis have a ton of money that not much would surprise me, but $75 million for one game of flag football would surprise me. Only way it wouldn't is if he already has some deals with them and some big companies over there that that alleged $75 million ties into.

Jon Rahm signed a three year $300 million contract with LIV and Mickleson signed a four year $200 million contract with LIV, so the Saudis will definitely shell out the money, but they aren't just playing ONE game of flag football.
