6'2" 205 lbs. But you dont gotta be tall or big to bench 225. If you hit chest consistently any man can do it within a year or so
Thats good to hear. I'm not going to lie, I have been doing home work outs for the past couple months, but the thought of not being able to bench or squat has been weighing on me. I wonder what I could do these days

6'0 been back in the gym for 5 month

Current bench is 88/40 kg :francis::mjcry:

But I'm 313/142 kg so by the time I weigh 225/100kg imma be able to bench 225/100kg :wow:

BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
yeah alot of people don't breath, I guess it can feel like reflex or something
It's incorrect if you're holding your breath and actually adversely harms you in the longrun. That's why a lot of trainers tell their clients to breath. All exercises require proper breathing so you don't over exhaust yourself and pass out. It's like yoga and you contract the muscles as you lift, no homo.

I typically only do supersets so I never max out. 4 sets of 10 with 205 and tricep pulldowns in between then burnout on my last rep with 135, 20 times and I do diamond pushups everyday. Also do inclines first. I see a lot of poor shaped nikkas jump straight to flat and max out. All that extra heavy lifting with no breathing is for the birds.

As I became older I realized that either me and my classmates growing up were some mutants or the average man is weaker then I thought.

You can doTricep extensions and Push ups with heavy resistance bands at home. You could also do weighted dips if you have a calesthenics park near you.
