At about 12.45 a.m. on March 24, a group of two or three masked men arrived at the location in a blue Dodge pick-up truck and assaulted Ramirez before forcing him into the car, the FBI said, per the Morning Times.

The car then crossed into Mexico about an hour later, with video footage showing a man with a bloodied face trying to exit the passenger door of the vehicle while it was still in motion. He was pulled back inside the car, according to the affidavit.

This was a good one

that's the social media element, how they showed up hours later, because he was taunting them

CDN is heavy in Nuevo Laredo, and they will not find them alive, if ever.

that image stood out to me too, very striking. The thing is, better to just write off the loss, because the FBI is going to pursue this until the end. but, what usually happens is the US based distributors get pressure put on them by the guys in Nuevo Laredo, and they panic and do shyt like this.

On March 27, US Customs and Border Protection officers detained Cavriales after he crossed into the US in the same Dodge pick-up truck.

In a post-arrest interview, Cavriales admitted that he drove the vehicle into Mexico on March 24 with a kidnapped victim along with three other people, the Morning Times reported. He said he was aware that Ramirez had stolen approximately $50,000 from the Cartel Del Noreste, per the affidavit.
This Cartel seems to move sloppy as fukk :francis:

it's because the guys in NL think nothing of like kidnapping, torture, and murder, but don't always understand how US law enforcement works. They are just like "well go grab them" lol thse guys are living in a different world

Plus, they were all young guys, early 20's, trying to earn stripes. The guys in NL probably said bring us the money, or bring us the ones who stole the load.
