Boykin is more talented & has better technique. He also took his soul when it comes to the stats last year too. Boykin had 6 ints, Thurmond had 1 & before that 0 in his four year career.
Boykin has 22 PDs, Thurmond 15 PDs. Tackling? Boykin had 38 tackles, 12 stops, 2 assist, 1 missed tackel - Thurmond 25/13/1/5
So again how is he the best slot corner. Boykin took that nikkas soul when he tried to claim being the best slot corner & with his on field production. I mean Thurmond though do played on the outside because his stats were crazy for a slot corner.

Look maybe boykins is better but those stats in a vacuum don't necessarily prove that . Which is why Thurmond thought Boykin played on the outside. Like i said him being on the Hawks defense makes you guys think he is the best. You know how much that defense helped him out?
