I wouldn't beat my chest just yet bruh...not off 1 game and before year 3 at least.

All it takes is Ingram getting stronger and getting the shooting touch he showed at Duke back and this will be a different discussion.

Ben has an elite tool in his vision and will be a good to excellent transition player. Not even shytting on Ingram but what is his elite tool? He was supposed to be a scorer but he's been a self check as a pro

I still think Ingram can be a good player, but the dude does need to gain strength/weight.

I get it, KD was skinny. But not like this. Dude looks like a centipede out there playing among men. LeBron looks huge compared to Gordon Hayward, Gordon Hayward looks like if he punches Ingram he sends him to the crossroads.

Ben is already 230 lbs of muscle...

If Ingram's shooting touch returns and he adds strength....he will be a problem on both ends of the floor.

Definitely has nice vision too but not explosive enough to draw the help consistently yet.

Like I said, I'd give this guy some time because its quite clear he is severely physically underdeveloped but if his jumpshot stays at Ben Simmons/Giannis levels then its pointless, I agree.

Here's my thing I get it he's young and he's not physically strong enough to deal with a lot of things. But can we at least see some consistent flashes?

Magic did him no favors with the 20 ppg stuff though. He's not ready for that at all and probably wouldn't be ready for that next year.

We knew he wasn't explosive, we knew he needed years of weight training but we won't see any flashes if his shooting touch isn't there :yeshrug:

Really Luke isn't doing him any favors letting him ISO into tough pull ups instead of putting him in PnR and situations where he can catch the ball on the move to compensate for his slow feet.

Should the lakers have taken Jaylen over ingram with the second pick last year?

If we're going strictly off ability then I'd hate to admit it but yes. :francis:

Jaylen came back this year as a better player. Ingram still looks the same just with more aggressiveness. But because of the potential of Ingram, I'd still take him...

Come on bruh, nobody gonna take your opinion of a Duke player seriously :skip:

That's like asking for asking @smitty22 if Harbaugh is a good coach :francis:
Harbaugh is a good coach though :what:

KD was skinny but he was looked way more fluid in motion on the floor than Ingram EVER has. He looks awkward out there and even his jumpshot looks forced.
