Slavery comes in different forms in this modern age...I don't care how much you make...You can still be a slave.

Then he could qualify his statement by saying it's modern slavery. But he intentionally uses the term "slavery" because of its historical annotation. He should have compared it to indentured servitude instead.

Several states have been trying to pass laws targeting african americans right to vote, either by unfairly and improperly adding them to black lists or by cutting early voting. Sometimes these republicans only cut early voting in african american districts. I wish these damn athletes would get some perspective so they'd stop making asinine comments like this.
