It's reality of where we are. They can't even risk booking Finn against anyone they don't want to get a bunch of go away heat because he's so IWC approved right now. I'm not sure if you guys can't see this because it's happening.

Imagine what happens if they book Finn vs Brock. Even though kayfabe Brock should give him 45 suplexes and a F5 in about 5 minutes, this current crowd wouldn't accept it.
