Braveheart vs Gladiator - Which is the better movie??

I just watched both this weekend for the first time in years. Damn, this is a close call. Still trying to decide.

Both classics, both in my personal top 10. Both have some of the greatest performances by actors.

But those speeches by William Wallace give it an edge over Gladiator.

I have got to say Braveheart is the better movie of the two. I remember being a kid in 96 watching that and being blown away. This is a very close one and I can see people being torn.

Both are the type of films that when they come on TV, everything you were doing gets thrown in the bushes. You sit down and watch that ish.
