I will never forget being at Game 1 of the 2013 NLDS seeing Gattis diving for a liner he had no shot at which ended up allowing 2 runs in the top half of the 2nd, then getting thrown out trying to retreat to 1st base in the bottom half

Look, I understand your disappointment. But, this team WAS NOT WINNING ANYTHING AS THEY WERE CONSTRUCTED. Heyward wasn't going to reach his full potential in this uniform or with Fredi as his manager. Upton wasn't resigning with us. Gattis is better off as a DH. Sure, we won't have a black outfield anymore or some of our most recognizable players, but we're being proactive and making changes. It's better than keeping that same dusty lineup from 2013-14. I'm a fan of all these Atlanta teams, I'm used to rebuilding, reclamation projects, and shytty squads. It's a process breh

Yeah I understand what we're doing. I just hate that we keep getting fukking pitcher after pitcher in these deals. I'm all about getting young talent but we need bats not pitchers.
