If braxton finishes his degree first he can transfer unscathed like russ did.

article said:
As Barrett's career continues to flourish, the right move for Miller's football career might prove to be dressed in something other than scarlet and gray. Under NCAA rules, if Miller first earns his degree, he could transfer to another FBS program without having to sit out a season the way undergraduate transfers do. Miller confirmed he's on track to do just that back in August in the days following his injury, at which time he also tried to put to rest rumors of yet another option -- entering the 2015 NFL Draft.

It's not as though there isn't a successful precedent for Miller to consider. Seattle Seahawks star quarterback Russell Wilson transferred out of North Carolina State under the post-graduate rule and enjoyed a strong season at Wisconsin to finish his college career. That resulted in Wilson being chosen in the third round of the 2012 draft by Seattle.

wouldn't he have to get an exception from the NCAA to transfer without a penalty? I thought since he didn't play a snap he would be allowed to do without incurring a penalty and sitting out a year.

i think he can transfer to a school as long as they have a graduate program that osu is not offering

He will never be an NFL quarterback. Transferring won't do anything to help him. Coming back to Ohio State as a featured all-purpose player will help his draft stock tremendously. Dont make the same mistake Tebow and Pryor made. Neither are quarterbacks and should've switched positions.

Tebow can't play any other position other than QB. I laugh at people thinking he can play TE or FB. He's 2 slow to be a TE, and to light to play FB. I wouldn't trust him blocking a 280 lb lb who runs a 4.5. Would you.

Braxton isn't athletic like denard was would he really thrive at the nfl level playing rb weighing a buck 80

I just think he should be open to being an all purpose player
