Bray loses something once that bell rings

to me he is by far the most interesting character on the show and yet i must admit once that bell rings and he loses the hat and the hawaiian shirt... his aura shrinks a bit.

is it his ring attire? or is he just still too green?

he's an amazing promo, he's an amazing entrance... but for whatever reason he just doesn't hold you once that bell rings.

White pants after Labor Day?

Too face-ish with his pacing and amping up? Not heelish enough? Doesn't abuse the ref's authoritah enough?

Smiles too much? He looked more when he uranagi'd Ambrose on Sunday without shouting too much and posturing. He gave a more Raven-esque vibe. That may be the route he needs to go. A little more dead-pan and scummy after his explosive moves, perhaps.

he def has too much energy for his character in the ring. hes calm and slow-paced in promos generally...ring work should mirror that more closely imo. he should work a match like he works the promo..somewhat slow and methodical with unconventional methods throughout.

He's boring enough working a fast pace. If he were to slow it down I'd imagine he'd start getting boring chants.

he should have moments in a match where he picks it up in a flurry then slows back down again...unpredictably. more slow than fast though...he usually comes out the gate like a bull but it seems lame

I was semi-joking; I actually agree with you breh. He should work a slow and methodical pace. That works perfectly for the Bray character and makes perfect sense. I just don't think Bray himself is good enough a wrestler to pull off that style correctly.

He's as bland as it gets in the ring and as has been said before: he's very green in the ring.

his matches tend to be boring..especially his first few. the one with Daniel Bryan was dope. he just moves a little too slow out there and is too patient at times when something should be happening..

fans love him but they cant just go crazy and cheer when you're sitting on your ass making a face for 55 seconds.

he's not heelish enough, he should be like Regal in his moveset sometimes, biting peoples fingers or like Foley biting peoples noses. foot choke...his moveset should reflect the darkness of his character.

He just comes off as a powerhouse who can move, which is fine but a lot more heelish tactics would go a long way.

His promos have been awful for a while now. He shouldn't ever speak for long periods of time, as he tends to just repeat himself or sound non sensical. He loses the crowd early.

He charchter is great, his mystique, his look, it's good.

personally i am of the belief that he is by far the most captivating promo in the E right now. like it isn't even close to me.

He has when it was just a promo in the ring, when the lights are out and he is yelling, he doesn't, but that's the whole presentation of the charchter.

I think everyone just thinks he is this great promo but what is he actually ever saying? That our souls are not pure or that people like Cena have looked down on him or some gay shyt? Come on.

When it first started, it was good. But he hasn't evolved, he is recycling the same shyt every time out. He was really exposed in the Jericho feud, which was terrible.

at it's core level? the same shyt as everyone else basically, that i am the real deal and this is why you are not going to beat me.
