Today's fan likes that spoon-fed "I don't like you and this is why I want to fight you" promo.

well tbh that is the foundation for just about every promo since the beginning of time.

1. i'm the best.
2. you're not.
3. this is why i am going to beat you.

it's HOW you convey it.

you gotta have the right rap, the right flow.

at it's core level? the same shyt as everyone else basically, that i am the real deal and this is why you are not going to beat me.

what else could he say?
Nah he could talk about how he his cause is bigger then wrestling, how his family is there to show just how cruel the world is, how maybe he is there not to win, but take something away from each of his opponents.

He has had promos like these but he goes away from them and comes back to them like every other week.

The pre-taped stuff Wyatt Family vignettes are much better then his live stuff.

I am also probably the only one that is fan of the supernatural stuff - like all the kids during the cena feud signing, the lights, the music, the weird hologram thing at Hell in a Cell. He needs to be different. He can't be tagging with other people, he can't be seen associating with others.

he did all of that during his feud with cena, painting him as the corporate lie under the disguise of a hero.

I agree - and like you, I think he does it way better than anybody else right now.

Then there's this "nonsensical" talking point people keep running with. I even saw it after last night's promo, which was about as straightforward as it gets with Bray.

Bray that nikka... he's dope in the ring. fukk u want him to be doing Moonsualts and shyt. :mindblown:

End of the day, he plays his character well and when he has someone dope to work with he can put on a good match. His power moves look very convincing. He just needs to widen his arsenal to maximize his potential. Also Needs to spread out his psychology I could name a few things he could do to fukk with the crowd and tell better stories but why...

He's not TRASH tho, u gotta be fukking kidding me. TRASH!?!?!

Here's my opinion from watching wrestling these past few years.

Depending on your character, you need a few moves in your repertoire that either make the crowd/viewer go... :gladbron: :whoo: :ohhh:

...or you need moves that make you go :whoa: :damn: :ld:

Examples: Ambrose's Jawbreaker Lariat (word to Nigel), Del Rio's head superkick to a kneeling opponent, Punk's corner high knee,

Bray has that body tackle (which is solid) and Sister Abigail is pretty dope...but he needs more simple impact moves that looks deadly/borderline illegal that make you go :scusthov:

Boot chokes, and restholds with your feet on the ropes would be great, but I think he also needs something where he looks like he's trying to put people out of commission. He should start doing the Foley knee-to-the-head in the corner and when he wants to be really :demonic:, he could put a chair on their faces before they get saved.
