Ceará Gang Truce Shows Brazil Government Could Be Common Enemy

So all the major gangs all have made a temporary truce to take on the Brazilan govt.

A truce was called between Brazil’s two leading criminal groups, First Capital Command (Primeiro Comando da Capital – PCC) and Red Command (Comando Vermelho), as well as their local rivals, Guardians of the State (Guardiões do Estado – GDE) and Family of the North (Família do Norte – FDN), both of which have had ties to the PCC and CV. I'm saying I understand his vision with regards to a safe, assimilated, and economically progressive Brazil .

There are certain times when you need someone to make extreme changes. If your car was super dirty what would you do, maybe you ride around with it dirty but eventually you're gonna have to get it an extreme wash and wax.
