My only issue with rulings like this, is the idea of "homophobia" has become so generalized its lost its initial intrinsic value. The lgbtq has taken the term and ideology from penalizing people who want basic human rights stripped from those who choose to same gender love, to calling anyone they disagree with or who won't bow down to their ever changing definitions "homophobic"
In short, the lgbtq condemns those they claim won't allow them to "walk in their truth" but they won't accept any truth from others that doesn't align with their beliefs and will weaponize the term "homophobe" to get their demands made. So this is where these rulings can become dangerous if it really takes root here because now if I deem a biological man a man and won't call them mam or miss am I going to jail? In my mind that takes away my belief in natural biology and science. This is how this kind of precedent can be dangerous
