Well, yeah Brazil is a continental country and I lived in a very small town in Espirito Santo, so it definitely varies. My fb feed is flooded with lefties. I'd say poor people are more "fukk it" in general, but most commies by definition are privileged white kids. And there's the uptight conservatives who of course, are privileged as well.
