UCHI Mata on concrete equals I Shoulda kept my mouth shut because the punches coming behind that are going to alter your reality forever....yes? Pretty damn easily. A lot of BJJ takedowns are straight up DANGEROUS on hard floor. Do you know how many people can't properly sprawl or forget the mechanics of how to throw knockout punches when being grappled in close range
@Mowgli, you remember the first time you got hit with that single legged takedown into foot sweep when you thought you stifled the initial takedown
Or what about the first time you got hit with that uchi mata and you realized how quickly you could be put into a submissive position![]()
Seen people break arms, wrists ankles and knees getting thrown and or trying to absorb the fall unprofessionally.
And it's rare someone gets taken down and punched then hops back up like yea let's keep going. Often the opponent knowing they're fighting someone who's trained is enough to end the conflict and I like that.
Yea stuffing takedowns only to have them wrap a leg behind mind and lean forward putting pressure on my knee, that's the shyt I don LIKE
