im in nyc and go to a lot of concerts..big venues and stadiums have metal detectors and tons of security so it aint possible at like a jay z show....but not all the smaller venues have em...they just have some random part timer do a fake "pat down" of all the people that come in...but they dont really know what they doin so u can get in with pretty much anything if u really wanted to
