when I worked at a pizza place we did the numbers on the product... each bag of flour was like 20$ ... you could make 300$ off each bag
toppings and shyt were all in bulk and cheaper than you'd expect.

And pizza got garlic on the crust, some places got garlic in the the damn sauce. Garlic knots = pizza without meat, cheese and sauce.
