Change my familys goddamn life when I started cooking them proper. They used to cook them shyts in a cast-iron skillet and they
would come out dry and the same color as the pan

Cast-iron cooks that shyt so unevenly.
They looked at me crazy when I started cooking them in a pot and would stir them from start to finish
Now I use a non-stick pan and have the eggs ready in 4 minutes. All I decide is if I want soft curds or creamy curds. Soft? Pull them off the pan and let them cook
on my plate. Creamy? Add sour cream to cool them down and give it more flavor. Brehs out here wasting good eggs if they overcooking them shyts.
