Most of the behind the scenes guys like Chad, Joe and Ryan(the founders of 85 South with Karlous and DC) met while they were working on the Steve Harvey radio show.
Then Charlemagne got ahold of them.
Just because you are a young adult does not mean you do not know what you are doing. Also, a young adult racist does not walk away from that, just because they got older.
There are young people now who are responsible for millions of dollars, the lives of multiple people, and they are not given any of the leeway some of you are so quick to give to some internet personality. The problem is not their youth, the problem is the worshipful nature of some of you that compels you to make excuses for those celebrities you like. Once you step away from idolizing people, you will then learn to judge them with the same measure you will judge those whom you don't like.
So the overall problem is rampant excuse making.
