I want to start eating where I get big from working out. What should I be grocery shopping for?

3 nice meals a day and snacking in between.

just had that earlier with some toasted bread and butter. (i am going to be right until about 11am - then readying lunch)

breakfast is the most important meal of the day and helps create a faster metabolism. too many people skipping breakfast and going straight for an early heavy lunch then end the evening with snacks because they havent prepared nothing.

we need to make it a habit of eating something in the morning.

I mean, you shouldn’t be smoking on an empty stomach at all. But weed can increase or suppress your appetite. You might fukk around and not be that hungry after smoking. Also you don’t wanna get your body used to having to smoke before eating. shyt gonna fukk up your appetite in the long run. And lastly, you more likely to have stomach issues like queasiness by smoking in the morning before eating.
