I'm not talking about "state pay" I'm talking about the "industry workers". Industry workers are the nikkas that have trade certs. I'm not talking about being a fukking porter on the deck nikka and doing the yard detail shyt. They get paid the same as nights in the kitchen. Industry workers are the ones who do the welding, machining and all that other industrial shyt and that's why they got paid more. Maybe your state is different because most are. In Illinois that's how it is. And you ARE forced to work in Illinois if they assign you a job. If you refuse, you get restriction, banked, seg and days took.
