You’d think Philly was somewhere in the Midwest of some shyt with the level of Ls this city is constantly immersed in.

Philly is in a great location along the NE corridor between NY, DC, Boston, Wilmington and within reach of Montreal. This city should be in amazing shape and getting money from all of these aforementioned cities thru real estate BUT also finding ways to pull in tech and turning itself into a thriving arts/cultural destination that’s an alternative to NYC.

Yet it’s literally the northeast Detroit at this pint with a dash of Baltimore sprinkled on top

You don't see stories of Detroit teens constantly running amuck or killing elders
