Honestly I've lost some respect for Tomlin. Watching how Aaron Glen handled this bozo and then letting him string you on for months...if I was a Steelers fan I'd be pissed. One of the most storied franchises, begging a drug addict bytch ass diva to save you. A guy who has been trash for what, 3-4 years? And miss me with the TD/INT ratio last year. His QBR was trash, he wasn't accurate, and his body language was trash (as usual). He's a cancer. He will be leaking to the press, going on McAffe, and not leading.

I had no issue with not drafting Shaedur. But you can't have no plan at QB like this, multiple years in a row. Next offseason they'll be in the same spot again and if they win 7-9 games while sneaking into the playoffs again....what's the point? You need a high draft pick to fix this.

So you would respect him more if he were to simply tank?

Again- this was the only option, and probably the best, available.

The goal was always to get a 'permanent' QB in 2026.

Yes? They've failed to address QB since Big Ben retired years ago. They've wasted the prime years of multiple great to elite defense players instead of just being bad for a year, getting your guy and rebuilding.

How much power do you think Tomlin has? Genuinely asking.

Except they have averaged only 6.6 losses in the past 5 years.
Averages are reasonable when the amount is too large to analyze one by one and like I said 5 of 6 of the latest seasons were 7-8 losses.
If one had 0 or 17 losses the average would give you what? And how would that info help you :dahell:

They did address the QB spot (Pickett) it just did not work out. So we are really only talking about two years here.

Also, you complain about 'wasting' an elite defense but then you suggest them tanking? Complete contradiction.

They could've drafted Shedeur and still had Rodgers. Tomlin is an idiot.

1.) Shadeur is a high floor, low ceiling prospect (aka Pickett). Not interested in that.

2.) Rodgers wouldn't have signed if they picked a Shadeur (especially what happen with Cousins). Just look at all the media coverage on the Browns QB competition already.
