They even swam up to the boat to confirm everyone was dead, then they stabbed them in the chest to make sure the bodies would sink and threw them in the water.

They get a personalized, one-on-one type of TAP, and it's geared more towards executive-level/Fortune 100 C-suite kind of shyt. They're only similar to ours when DOL/VA/etc have to give them the mandatory spill. I have seen an O-6 go from dropping his papers to walking out the door on retirement leave in 3-4 weeks. The 4-star at the time expedited the fukk out of his paperwork cause it broke after he was gone, that he'd sexually assaulted a civilian nurse at the MFT.
