I'm not a military guy but if I had to take a guess he's probably doing it like this to protect his pension/retirement/whatever they call it.
Good to see the brother take an admirable stance but I would hate to see it hurt his pockets any more than it should.
If he continues to bomb innocent civilians for 2 months to protect his retirement that’s not very admirable

More than likely not be charge of military operations, so go through the entire process of seperation, while still reporting for duty but not actually giving any orders
He couldn't get the Caribbean island leaders to let the Pentagon install military radar on the islands to monitor everything in the sky & sea .
