I'm only half surprised. Whenever I watch his shows I always get a depressing vibe from him. Like somethings 'off'. I'm not a psychiatrist though.

Suicide at 61 is unusual though. It's usually young adults and teens who do that.

He's not the first person I could see doing this, but he definitely isn't the last. That might not make much sense, but you could see a little something in his eyes. It came off as a kind of I don't give a fukk type of attitude. R.I.P to him.

Yeah it’s like there was always an inner sadness you could just feel from watching him on tv. RIP

Hopefully more people start realizing that money isn’t everything. We have to look inside for happiness. Money can be the icing on the cake if we are fulfilled within

Very sad. I watch very little TV but tried to make time for his show. His portrayal of Africans were among the best you will get in the travel genre.
