Looks like 3 on 1 and homie got away and carjacked someone else which started another chase. Cops fukking suck at their jobs.
It's bad enough when cops hesitate when a civilan's life is in danger. The Cops wil remind you quick they have no duty to defend your life and a cop is different from a Solider
But running and leaving his buddy behind? I'd hate to be in roll call with him.

Wasn’t they already shot? Homie was spraying a glock with the auto. Looks like he sprayed them as soon as they pulled up. After you get shot it’s a race against the clock until you bleed out.
The military train you to always get yourself together first if you and a few people get shot. They probably get the same thing.
