The job market has been shyt since 2023.

In 2021 it was easy to get a job. So easy that people were ghosting jobs. Tech industry was over hiring.

But in 2022, companies who were constantly understaffed, adapted and learned to operate with less people. Tech companies started correcting over hiring.

And now companies have still learned to operate with minimum staff because productivity is basically the same. AI emerged as Al alternative to hiring junior devs in tech.

And the cherry on top, is social media. A lot of people began monetizing it which means less people are applying for jobs. Companies have adapted to that as well.

The Fed really didn’t know how to deal with the pandemic or the aftermath either.

Sadly this economy is in danger of becoming the new norm at this point, unless there is a philosophical shift.

I hope you all know what this means right.

It means trump is about to flood the zone with more authoritarian shyt and scandals to distract from the economy and renewed epstein files and red meat to the base.

I feel sorry for residents of blue cities around the country for what they are about to experience

no, this jobs report has nothing to do with the pandemic, or AI. Company heads in the manufacturing sector are all saying that they are cutting back on hiring because of uncertainty due to inflation, and tariffs/trade wars. All of which are direct consequences of trumps policies.

The people who voted for him because they think he is good for the economy need to be tossed into a wood chipper.

Your're only looking at 1 sector. Manufacturing makes up 10% of the total workforce. The top 3 job sectors with the most employees are

1. Education/Healthcare
2. Professional/Business Services
3. Hospitality/Leisure.

Doubtful. As much as it seems like the 80s are coming back like cooked crack on a Sunday afternoon while listening to LTD. The youngins are kinda moving smarter than the OGs. Its all about scams, digital shyt, and dystopian dreams. The crashouts are mainly just goofy opp shyt, which is slowly but surely dying out since all the opps and em are dead and locked up.

People talking about Fascism and controlled government...breh we have been had that shyt since the dawn of Covid. That was just in alpha stages. Right now, everything is rapid fire progressing to the point the future is today. Why try to be a Kia boy, when the cameras are all up the ass? Also, the laws are slowly but surely going to hit the hardest on the younger generation. By the year 2030, it's no point of going outside because you are going to get hemmed the fukk up by the gestapo :francis:

Congress could have stripped tariff powers months ago. So much of the damage he's doing couldn't be accomplished by any president in recent memory because their own party would have bucked by now. Approval in the dumps, killing small businesses who can't afford the tariffs, market uncertainty on a daily basis...this is madness.

Don't quit your jobs, fellas.

I was using that as an example, because we have had four straight months of manufacturing job losses. Do you really think inflation and tariff uncertainty arent hitting all those other industries as well?

And by the way manufacturing drives all those other industries, they would be nothing without it.

The "Do more with less" approach almost always leads to drowning workloads and employee well-being.
