"The Baltimore Sun reports that ECW Original Axl Rotten, 44, died of an accidental overdose, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore.
A police report said Rotten was found unconscious and not breathing on the bathroom floor of a McDonald's restaurant in the Linthicum neighborhood. Rotten was found on the floor of a stall, and he had pulled down the infant changing table and placed drug paraphernalia on it. A broken burnt tablespoon with "crystalline residue" was found. They also found an unlabeled pill bottle with capsules of a "brownish substance," believed to be heroin, on top of a paper towel dispenser.
Rotten was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:09pm that day, Thursday, February 4th. They do not know how long he was in the bathroom before he was found."
