This issue could have spurn other constituencies to get some sort of settlement or damage. Like I said, those kids deserve a settlement since the local ISD for 2 years did nothing to see what sort of conditions those kids lived in. The abuse has been ongoing for much longer than 2020.
My argument is that the family could ask for damages from the district, apartment company, or state. ACLU was trying to set precedent and all you do is bytch and whine in HL or here.
