When he was at the hospital the doctors had that disaster press conference where they said Trump was in better shape than he really was behind the scenes.

Then when Trump got better, but was still in the hospital he had Secret Service come scoop him cause he wanted to spin the block and wave to his supporters as a show of strength and a political stunt, risking Secret Service potentially getting covid from him in the process.
